Misunderstanding 1: The thicker the fabric, the better, the thicker the more expensive.
Either thick fabrics are good, 40×40 fabrics are obviously thicker than 60×40 fabrics, 60×40 fabrics are obviously thicker than 60×60 fabrics, and thick fabrics are not comfortable.
Misunderstanding 2: A crisp fabric is good.
Hotel quilt covers, bed sheets, pillowcases, pillow towels and other linens will be sizing after being washed by a regular washing company. The purpose of sizing is to increase the stain resistance of the fabric and prevent the penetration of dirt into the fiber.
Misunderstanding 3: The fabric is very bright and it is made of chemical fiber.
The quality of the fabric depends on the yarn count density, and high-count and high-density fabrics are definitely good. The second is to look at the finishing process. Good fabrics have undergone a series of finishing processes such as singeing and mercerizing, and the price is also more expensive.
